PURCHASING POLICY
On completion of your purchase you will be sent a verification email. Anton Dymtchenko Art will ship the artwork to you within 10 business days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been shipped you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.
The original artworks are packaged for maximum protection during the shipping. When the artwork arrives, the recipient must inspect the box for any damage before signing the proof of delivery. If a damaged item is covered by Post Canada’s liability insurance, the recipient must send photographic proof to info@antondy.com. The insurance will be claimed and the cost of the work will be reimbursed when the work is returned to Anton Dymtchenko Art by the recipient.
Payments
Payments are made through a third party payment processors: PayPal or Stripe. The processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Anton Dymtchenko, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged. Your payment information is visible only to the secure third party payment processor.
Customer Complaints
If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify Anton Dymtchenko within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to info@antondy.com
